Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies
Description
These chocolate chip cookies are perfectly soft and chewy with crispy edges and plenty of chocolate chips!
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Cups Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- 2. In a medium bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt
- 3. Cream together butter and sugars until combined
- 4. Beat in eggs and vanilla until light
- 5. Mix in the dry ingredients until combined
- 6. Drop rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets
- 7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown
- 8. Let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes
- 9. Transfer to wire racks to cool completely
